We organize overnight camps for children and adolescents during all school holidays and on weekends at the Hauho Lomakeskus in Hämeenlinna, on the shores of Akkijärvi. Our camps offer fun and wonderful experiences all year round. They also provide meaningful activities in the middle of everyday life.
Vacation, friendships and lovely time spent together!
Children and adolescents get to enjoy their vacation and take part in fun activities at our camps. They get to make new friends and see familiar faces, eat nutritious food and relax. Campers also get to participate in planning of the camp program. The camp instructors are trained professionals who will take care of the campers throughout the whole camp.
It is possible for you to apply for “vacation support” (lomatuki). Subsidized camp spots are granted on social, health and financial grounds. The camps are supported by the Ministry of Social Affairs and Health.
School camps and collaboration camps
There is a possibility to host school camps on our camp grounds. We provide the facilities and professional guidance for learning and working together outside the classroom. School camps are always tailored to the group’s wishes and ideas.
Lasten Kesä also organizes collaborative camps with other organizations. We are always interested in new collaboration opportunities so please feel free to contact us if you are keen on organizing camp at our resort!
Hauho’s Lomakeskus
Hauho’s Lomakeskus invites you to enjoy Finnish nature, peace and shared experiences. The resort offers a wide range of indoor and outdoor activities, accommodation for over 100 people, and it has its own beach and sauna. The resort’s facilities are well suited for organizing camps, events, work community get-togethers and family celebrations.
